• Charles Prow

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Chuck Prow is the president and chief executive officer of Vectrus, as well as a member of the Vectrus board of directors. He was appointed to both positions in December 2016. Chuck has more than 30 years of information technology and federal services experience, including leadership positions at IBM Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand. During his career, he has run large global government services organizations, delivering solutions to a wide array of Department of Defense and other government customers. He served in multiple roles with IBM Corporation, including general manager of global government industry for IBM’s technology and services competencies, where he had responsibility for global revenues exceeding $9 billion. While at IBM, Chuck was successful in creating market differentiation through the integration of IBM’s technology and service competencies. He established strategies that focused on delivering complex solutions to critical government missions for national security, federal civilian agencies, and state and local entities. These efforts resulted in market share expansion, revenue growth, and margin improvement. Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in management and data processing from Northwest Missouri State University. He serves on the board of directors for both the International Research and Exchange Board and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

  • Susan D. Lynch

    Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Susan Lynch is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vectrus. She is responsible for global financial management of the company’s business including tax, treasury, audit, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and government compliance. Susan brings more than 25 years of financial experience to Vectrus with senior leadership roles in the technology, aerospace and defense, and industrial manufacturing industries. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President and CFO for Sungard Availability Services (Sungard AS) where she was responsible for internal audit and controls, financial reporting and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury, procurement, and financial shared services. Before joining Sungard AS, Susan was EVP and CFO for Hitachi Data Systems (now Hitachi Vantara) where she was responsible for all facets of the organization’s financial strategy, planning, accounting real estate, procurement, and financial shared services. Susan led the financial organization through a significant growth period, optimizing their financial processes while improving business partnering. Before joining Hitachi Data Systems, she served as Vice President and CFO at Raytheon Technical Services Company where she was responsible for the organization's financial strategy, planning, management, and accounting. Prior to Raytheon, Susan held a broad range of senior management roles at Honeywell International including Assistant Corporate Controller, Global Business Services; Director of Business, Analysis and Planning; and CFO for the Latin American region. Susan holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.

  • Sue Deagle

    Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer

    Sue Deagle serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Vectrus. Sue is responsible for driving organic and inorganic growth, leading strategy development, M&A, sales, marketing, and investor relations. She is passionate about serving the warfighter in all we do at Vectrus. She also takes the mission of diversity and inclusion at Vectrus as one of her key responsibilities, co-chairing the Diversity and Inclusion council. Sue believes that both counting the numbers and making the numbers count are critical to a diverse workforce that drives results for the company. Prior to joining Vectrus in May 2017, Sue served as vice president and integration executive for an acquisition aligned with the inception of IBM’s Watson Health business unit. In that role, Sue was responsible for driving revenue growth through the integration of acquired solutions into the broader Watson Health suite, while leveraging IBM’s business processes to standardize operations. Sue previously served as vice president for sales and distribution strategy for IBM's U.S. Federal and Government Industries, where she drove cross-brand and cross-sell opportunities to increase market penetration. In that role, she devised and executed a sales approach that included developing key partner relationships, branding campaigns, and marketing approaches that used business development resources most efficiently. While at IBM, she also created and ran the federal government-wide acquisition contract center. Throughout her 13 years with IBM, and her prior experience with Cyveillance, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and EDS, Sue has demonstrated the ability to lead large teams in achieving growth by creating differentiation and fostering innovation. She earned her master’s in business administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Grove City College.

  • David A. Hathaway

    Senior Vice President, Programs

    David Hathaway is the Senior Vice President of Programs at Vectrus, joining the company in October 2017. He is responsible for program execution and client service delivery across Vectrus markets, including managing business results and profit loss for multiple program portfolios, developing and executing client mission support strategies, and creating new growth opportunities in multiple Vectrus lines of business. Most recently, David served as Vice President for Defense and Intelligence at IBM Global Services responsible for service delivery to clients in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to this role, David held similar senior leadership roles in IBM Global Services, including Vice President for the Application Development and Integration service line responsible for custom software development, systems integration and engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, and program management. David also served on international assignment to IBM Canada where he led Global Services in the Canadian Public Sector which included Federal, Provincial, Healthcare, and Education markets. David graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1988 and earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton in 1992. David served seven years on active duty in the Air Force as a Communications-Computer Systems Officer. He had multiple assignments focused on information technology acquisition, research and development program management, and communications operations and maintenance. David completed military service at The Pentagon, Washington D.C., and currently lives in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

  • Kevin A. Leonard

    Senior Vice President, Contingency Operations

    Kevin Leonard is the senior vice president for Army and Expeditionary Programs at Vectrus, responsible for the development and execution of short- and long-term strategies for this area of the company’s business. Prior to joining Vectrus in April 2017, Kevin served as the vice president of contingency operations for Fluor Government Group. In this role, his responsibilities included the strategic planning and global execution of services supporting commercial clients, the U.S. federal government, and select foreign governments. His team supported a diverse set of clients to include the Department of Defense (U.S. Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and Central Command), Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Kevin is a retired U.S. Army major general with a distinguished 33-year career leading complex transportation and logistics organizations. Following his military career, Kevin served as the director of launch operations for Amazon, where he and his team delivered eight new fulfillment centers in a four-month period resulting in significant savings for Amazon with respect to resources, manpower, and cycle time. Kevin earned his master’s in business administration from Oklahoma City University and a master’s in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. Kevin was awarded The Distinguished Alumni award at Emporia State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree. In 2014, Kevin was the recipient of the prestigious NDIA Logistician Emeritus award for his work at countering the IED threat in Southwest Asia, and he continues to serve as a sitting member of the Defense Science Board, studying survivable logistics for the Secretary of Defense.

  • Corinne Minton-Package

    Senior Vice President, Operational Technology and Enterprise Vectrus

    Corinne Minton-Package is the Senior Vice President for Operational Technology and Enterprise Vectrus. In this role, she is responsible for the Operational Technology portfolio, including engineering, products, and technology insertion into existing programs. She is also responsible for enterprise-wide management initiatives that support better outcomes for customers, including supply chain and technology. In addition, she is responsible for building an ecosystem of potential partners and building new solutions and architectural frameworks to solve customer problems. She joined Vectrus in September 2017 and was formerly with IBM, where she most recently served as the lead account partner for their healthcare payer practice. In that capacity, Corinne delivered growth and client value across many of IBM’s largest healthcare clients, drove the recovery of underperforming accounts, and led IBM’s growth initiatives in mobile and digital solutions. Over the course of her 18-year career with IBM, she held leadership positions across strategy, business development, sales, and marketing. Corinne earned her master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from Kalamazoo College.

  • Kevin T. Boyle

    Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

    Kevin Boyle serves as senior vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel for Vectrus. He is responsible for all legal matters as well as the trade compliance, security, facilities, ethics and compliance, and environmental, safety and health functions for the company. Kevin has a career spanning more than 20 years in senior legal and business roles working with and advising the C-suite and boards of directors of public and private companies, ranging in size from early stage to over $4 billion in revenue. He has deep experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), leading capital raising strategies, strategic planning, risk management, performance improvement, and corporate governance. He also has extensive knowledge of government contracts, securities law, and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Vectrus in October 2018, Kevin served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Vencore, Inc., a $1.2 billion provider of information solutions, cyber security, engineering, and analytics for the U.S. government and intelligence community. He led Vencore through its initial public offering and a strategic transaction process that resulted in their merger with the U.S. public sector business of DXC Technology and Key Point Government Solutions to create Perspecta, Inc. Before working at Vencore, Kevin was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary with Alion Science & Technology. He also served as general counsel for MCR and Vangent, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held similar senior positions with public and private technology services and product companies, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Anteon International Corporation, and InterWorld Corporation. Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.

  • Francis A. Peloso

    Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

    Francis Peloso serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Vectrus. Appointed to this role in 2010, Francis is responsible for all human resources activities and strategies. Previously, he was the vice president and director of human resources for the Exelis Mission Systems business, the predecessor company to Vectrus. He joined ITT Corporation in 2000, and worked across a variety of business areas, including ITT Corporation’s World Headquarters, ITT Mission Systems, ITT Communications Systems, and ITT Electronic Systems. Francis also served as the West Coast regional director for the Electronic Systems Division of ITT Corporation, and as the vice president and director of human resources for the Communications Systems Division of ITT Corporation. Francis holds a master’s degree in business administration from Fairfield University and a bachelor’s degree in theology from Georgetown University.

  • Kenneth W. Shreves

    Senior Vice President, Business Development/Capture

    Kenneth Shreves is the senior vice president for business development and capture at Vectrus. He joined Vectrus in October 2017 from SOSi where he was vice president of business development. Prior to SOSi, he was at DynCorp International where he held multiple leadership positions to include vice president of national security solutions, vice president of international business development, general manager for DynEgypt, and vice president of business development for DynLogistics. Prior to his commercial career, Kenneth served in the U.S. Army as a logistics officer, retiring after 28 years of distinguished service. He commanded at every level through Brigade Command and culminated as the Army Chair at the National War College in Washington, D.C. Kenneth holds master’s degrees in administration from Central Michigan University and in national security studies from the National War College. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration – finance from the University of Florida.

  • William Noon

    Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

    William Noon serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Vectrus. He joined Vectrus in August 2016 as the Chief Accounting Officer. He has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience, which includes his previous role as CFO of Mattersight Corporation, a publicly-traded enterprise analytics company. William has significant experience with Vectrus and has provided financial reporting support since 2014. From April to August 2016 before joining Vectrus, William provided financial reporting consulting services to the company as a sole practitioner. From 2013 to April 2016, William was a Partner at Tatum, a Randstad company specializing in consulting and talent services in accounting, finance and information technology. While at Tatum, he assisted various global multi-billion-dollar revenue companies with their SEC financial reporting activities. In addition, he also provided financial reporting consulting services to Tatum from 2014 to May 2015 in connection with its spin-off from Exelis, Inc. in 2014 and subsequent financial statements. From 2009 to 2013, William held various leadership positions at Mattersight Corporation, including Vice President of Finance from 2012 to 2013 and Vice President and CFO from 2009 to 2012. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Michael J. Smith

    Vice President, Treasury, Corporate Development and Investor Relations

    Michael Smith is the Vice President of Treasury, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Vectrus, Inc. (NYSE: VEC). Prior to joining Vectrus, Michael was co-founder and managing director of The Silverline Group, a strategic consulting and advisory services firm that focuses on aerospace and defense, intelligence, government services, homeland security, and federal civilian markets. While at Silverline, he was responsible for providing advice and counsel on mergers and acquisitions, and for generating market studies, assessments, company positioning, valuation studies and competitive intelligence for clients. Additionally, he helped clients formulate and execute investment decisions including stock purchases, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to co-founding The Silverline Group in 2012, Michael was a senior equity research associate at Lazard Capital Markets, covering the aerospace and defense, federal government information technology services, and defense technology sectors. He also spent five years with BB&T Capital Markets covering defense and government services, and seven years with Raymond James & Associates in various capacities, including senior equity research liaison. He is a CFA® charterholder and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, with a major in finance and a minor concentration in economics.

  • Courtney A. Schoch

    Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

    Courtney Schoch serves as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Vectrus. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the office of the corporate secretary and for legal matters relating to general corporate governance, SEC compliance, securities offerings, and stock exchange listing requirements, as well as M&A activities and joint ventures. Courtney previously served as Associate General Counsel for Vectrus. Before joining Vectrus, Courtney held corporate associate positions at several prestigious top 50 international law firms, including Morrison & Foerster in Washington, DC, and Winston & Strawn in New York. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and political science from Boston University in Boston, MA, and a juris doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in Notre Dame, Indiana.

  • J. Eric Best

    Vice President, Financial Operations

    Eric Best is the Vice President, Financial Operations at Vectrus. Eric leads the Program Finance and Controls team and has direct responsibility for joint ventures. He has extensive finance operations experience and will provide leadership and guidance as the company transitions to LOGACAP V and continues its growth. Eric comes to Vectrus after 28 years with Fluor, having previously served in progressive executive, management, and business/finance roles within Fluor’s Government Group (FGG). As Fluor’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, he was responsible for the management of all Fluor Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Prior to his brief role in corporate finance, Eric spent his career supporting business, finance management, and project operations for U.S. government projects and operations worldwide. Eric served as the Fluor Government Group Chief Financial Officer for ten years and was responsible for their $3 billion/year consolidation. He brings a diverse range of experience to Vectrus, including contingency operations, design-build construction, disaster recovery services, nuclear operations and remediation, and base operations support to the U.S. Departments of Defense, Energy, State, Labor, Homeland Security, and the Intelligence Community. Eric received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mesa State College and completed the Global Enterprise Leadership Program at Thunderbird International Consortium.

  • Frederick J. Nohmer

    Vice President, Program Operations

    Rick Nohmer is the Vice President, Program Operations at Vectrus. Rick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the non-LOGCAP program portfolio working with Vectrus’ operations executives and program managers, and he brings extensive profit loss experience in global service delivery programs. Rick joins Vectrus having served most recently as a Principal at NFCG, LLC, where he was responsible for global consulting and advisory services to clients across the federal government and private sector. Prior to that, Rick served as the Chief Operating Officer for Janus Global Operations where he was responsible for daily performance of all business segments and programs for the large global security/risk management and services company operating numerous logistics and stability programs in 18 countries. Rick also served as Vice President of Operations for IAP Worldwide Services where he oversaw critical infrastructure operations, support services, emergency response, power, and air traffic management programs serving the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. State Department as well as overseeing G3 Systems Limited, a UK-based technical construction and services company serving the UK Ministry of Defence and the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). An Army veteran, Rick served over 20 years on active duty as an Infantry Officer. During this time, he had multiple overseas warfighting assignments and worked for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Rick holds a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University and graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

  • Michael J. Smith

    Vice President, Engineering and Digital Integration Programs

    Michael Smith is the Vice President of Engineering and Digital Integration (EDI) Programs at Vectrus. He provides leadership to Electromagnetic (EM) Spectrum Engineering, Digital Integration Solutions, and Comparative Technology Programs. Michael is responsible for program execution leading to continued growth of the Vectrus EDI business line. The EDI portfolio includes support for several national security programs. In this role, Michael oversees RDT&E efforts related to Air Force Medical Information Systems Testing (AFMIST), Joint CBRN Defense, U.S. Army Force Protection, and Navy Real Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO) and EM Environmental Effects (E3) Programs. Over the last 30 years, Michael has held positions as Vice President of Engineering for SENTEL Corporation, Director of Engineering Applications with ITT Corporation, Research Physicist at the U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, and Laser Physicist with Strategic Defense Initiative Program at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Michael has served as a member of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren Division Executive Group, a member of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Chemical Biological Defense Acquisition Initiatives Forum (CBDAIF), and as a member of the Advisory Board for The Catholic University of America Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His awards include Science Spectrum Magazine's Emerald Award as a Senior Investigator for his contributions to Science, ITT Corporation’s Silver Ring of Quality Award, and several DoD Awards to include the Meritorious Service Award, Outstanding Service Medal, and Superior Civilian Service Award. He is a published scientist and patent-awarded inventor. Michael studied graduate physics at Drexel University and undergraduate physics and mathematics at Virginia Commonwealth University.

  • Patricia Curtis

    Vice President, Mission Support Services

    Patricia Curtis is the vice president for mission support services at Vectrus, where she provides overall leadership and management for the company’s work with the intelligence community. She has more than 34 years of business development, program management, and security support services experience. Prior to joining Vectrus in January 2018, Patricia served as vice president for SENTEL Corporation. Her background also includes former roles as senior security advisor for the Stanley Government Group, director of security operations and services for Facchina Global Services, and senior security representative for SAIC. She also served as the industrial and physical security chief at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and as information security program manager at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Patricia's awards include the Director of National Intelligence, the National Intelligence Meritorious unit citation and medal, and the NGA Award for Innovation. She also received a Department of the Army award for customer service while deploying teams overseas to Afghanistan, Nicaragua, and Panama. Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Strayer University.

  • Joe Poniatowski

    Vice President of Contracts

    Joe Poniatowski is the Vice President of Contracts at Vectrus. With over 25 years of contracts management experience in the military, public, and private sectors, Joe is responsible for further extending and deepening the important strategic relationships with our contracts clients. Joe joins Vectrus having served most recently as Executive Director of Contracts for Fluor, and he brings a wealth of client, agency, and corporate experience to Vectrus. In that role, Joe was responsible for the functional management of the Prime Contracts organization providing policy direction, strategic recruitment of qualified contracts professionals, contracts subject matter expertise, and business advice to Fluor’s corporate management team. During his tenure with Fluor, Joe also served in various project support roles for both Department of Defense and Energy customers to include LOGCAP IV and the Savannah River management and operations contract. Joe is well versed in all forms of pre- and post-award contract administration activities, requests for equitable adjustment (REAs), claims and other disputes, and personnel management. Prior to Fluor, Joe worked in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in the Air Force and the Department of Energy. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, CO, and a master’s degree in Acquisition Management from American Graduate University in Covina, CA. Joe also received his CPCM from the National Contract Management Association.
